PRINCIPAL DESK
Education is a lifelong experience. Being a collection of bureau of knowledge from the experiences of others, of course, can provide us with some basic information of life. But, when he follows the intuitive power of wisdom that lies in the heart of his, really procures him the ability to see his own life and its purpose. Such a type of interiorising the self, supporting by the external knowledge, will be the real need of the day and a student is to be provided to think and act wisely.
The correct thinking, right understanding and honest approach to life are the major determining factors that lead the student to face his life. Further, the real happiness lies in the freedom of an individual. If this is to be attained he needs clarity of thoughts. The clarity comes from the balanced state of mind. This is sought from the suitable ambience that is the determining factor in one’s life. I would like to appeal to the parents that the science and culture should go hand – in – hand. The wholistic education that we provide in our school, that keeps him be steady in emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual wellbeing. The linguistic development at the early stage gives him confidence while communicating with others. I wish and pray to god almighty to shower, His choicest blessings and give us the vigour to execute all our endeavours with great success.

Founder
Dr. C. Subramaniam, Ph.D. has served as the Registrar of Bharathiyar University and the Vice-Chancellor of The Tamil University, Thanjavur. The veteran educationist has a vision that quality education at par with the urban children, should be provided to the children in the rural area also. There should not be any discrepancies in the fundamental level. This basic urge, kindled him to start an educational institution in the name of his school teacher, Mr. Arumugam who taught him in his native Mamarathupatti, Tirupur District and Middle school at Arikkaran Valasu, Aravakurichi, Karur District. This was founded in the year 1996.
The current need that roused him is to start a school which could meet both the needs of western mind and the eastern culture. Hence, he started a school with ICSE board curriculum in Aravakurichi, in the year 2024. Both the schools are run under the Trust “CS Trust”, which was established in the name of his parents Mr.S.Chinnasamy and Mrs. Sellathal.
Principal Profile
Mrs. R. Subbulakshmi M.A, B.Ed., M.Phil. is our founder Principal. She has twenty years of experience in the field of teaching English and seventeen years of yeoman service as a principal and administrator in the reputed institutes formerly in Coimbatore. She has been awarded with many titles for her dedicated service to the society, namely a few,

She has conducted various seminars, workshops and motivational counselling sessions to all people from various walks of life, like students, college faculties, school teachers; she is a meditator and a trainer in the Heartfulness Institute.
Teachers
The teaching faculties of our school are with a minimum of three years and a maximum of seventeen years of experience in the field of teaching. The coordinator is the teacher with twenty seven years of service in administration and teaching as well. The ablest fine-tuning approach towards the teachers, students and the parents are encouraging. Our teachers are provided with periodical training every three months once for updating their skills. They are the mentors and the facilitators rather than simple teachers.
The curriculum
The ICSE Board, Indian Certificate for Secondary Education, is a globally certified education system in India. The advantages of this board is, it focuses of comprehensive curriculum, critical thinking and innovative teaching methodologies. The syllabus has a broader range of subjects like literature, history and social sciences, science and it includes any foreign language. The medium of instruction is only English. There are two patterns of testing system namely assessment technique and exam – theory. The assessment system comprises comprehensive evaluation through internal assessments, practical exams, written exams, project work and oral presentation. The teaching methodology is experiential and inquiry-based learning. This encourages teachers to use innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning, case studies. The modern digital support is advantageous to both the teacher and the taught.
The exam pattern
The knowledge of the student is tested periodically in the name of class test and the final exam in the name of phase exam. Each phase exam consists of four class tests. There are four phase exams conducted every year.

VOICE OF CHAIRMAN
The education system that exists in rural and urban India is widely different from one another. Education can be imparted anywhere, however the quality of education can change drastically when supported by the right infrastructural changes. Further compared to urban areas, rural Indian school faces a huge crisis in terms of quality and quantity of teachers. Owing to the lack of quality teachers, the education that is imparted to students somewhat lack substance. Hence this should be worked on more to bridge the gap between the rural and urban education systems in India.
We feel that there should not be any discrepancies between the rural and urban children in their fundamental rights to learn. Education should be imparted to children based on their age level, not on the area level. The two essentials of a student are English language fluency and the use of technology. Both should go hand in hand.
Not only this, our students should be equipped with knowledge to face the competitive exams at national and international levels. The modified curriculum at par with the NCERT will expose the children to continue their future studies abroad.
We would like to introduce foreign languages like German, French and so on. As demanded by the parents. We propose to introduce Cambridge exams and IELTS British Council.
The state of art international standard sports arena is constructed. The sports complex consists of swimming pool, basketball court, tennis, ball – badminton, volley – ball and foot – ball. The chess game is prioritized and we propose to conduct national level competition in near future.
The wide range of subjects, extracurricular activities, advanced technological facilities and sports are imparted in our school with an affordable cost to the rural population.
